This all-in-one office kit puts every material you need into one order. You don't have to buy parts separately, and installation can be done in under a day.

Available for 20' and 40' containers, in standard or high cube height.

What's Included

• Insulation: R-13 insulation for the full office interior
• Windows: (2) 36" x 36" dual-pane vinyl windows with security bars
• Door: (1) 3068 man door (3'0" x 6'8"). It's a heavy-duty, insulated, 3-hour fire-rated door with non-removable hinge pins, and all door accessories are included.
• Heating & cooling: (1) 8,000 BTU A/C unit with heat (you can request an upgrade)
• A/C security cage: (1) cage to protect the unit
• Electrical package: (2) 4' LED lights, (3) outlets, (1) light switch, 125 amp breaker box with breakers, and an exterior junction box
